– 350g Gladfield Medium Crystal (110 EBC)
– 300g Voyager Dexter (Dextrin Malt) (8 EBC)
– 250g Gladfield Toffee (11 EBC)
– 200g Gladfield Biscuit (60 EBC)
– 50g Gladfield Eclipse Wheat (1350 EBC)

Adjust your water profile with our range of brewing salts.

Typical mineral additions (RO water): Calcium Sulphate 2.6g, Magnesium Sulphate 2.6g, Calcium Chloride 3.7g.
For Brisbane tap water add Calcium Sulphate 2.6g along with 1/4 teaspoon Potassium Metabisulphite split across the mash and sparge water.
