– 350g Gladfield Medium Crystal (110 EBC)
– 300g Gladfield Gladiator (10 EBC)
– 250g Gladfield Toffee (11 EBC)
– 200g Gladfield Biscuit (60 EBC)
– 50g Gladfield Eclipse Wheat (1350 EBC)

BOIL ADDITIONS:
15g Chinook (12% AA) (60min)
20g Centennial (9.5% AA) (10min)
WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND:
25g Chinook
25g Cascade
DRY HOP*:
20g Chinook (Day 4)
20g Centennial (Day 4)
