– 4.5kg Gladfield Munich (15 EBC)
– 3.2kg Gladfield Pilsner (3.5 EBC)
– 500g Gladfield Wheat (3.5 EBC)
– 250g Gladfield Medium Crystal (100 EBC)
– 250g Dingemans Special B (300 EBC)
– 200g Carafa Special II (1100 EBC)
– 150g Gladfield Light Chocolate (1200 EBC)
BOIL ADDITIONS
45g Styrian Goldings (5.4% AA) (90min)
45g Styrian Goldings (5.4% AA) (15min)
FERMENT @ 11°C for 21 days, raise to 17°C for 3 days
DRY (4 packets or a large starter recommended)

Our Recipe Packs come with all necessary grain, hops and yeast for your brew. Hops are rounded up to the nearest 50g and we’ll provide more yeast for strong ales and lagers. In very rare cases where an ingredient is unavailable, we will provide a suitable substitute to an equal or greater value. A Single Batch is 23L and a Double Batch is 46L (excluding super strong beers which are 20L / 40L)
