– 500g Dextrose (add during boil)
BOIL ADDITIONS
22g Saaz (4% AA) (60min)
32g Styrian Goldings (4% AA) (10min)
32g Saaz (4%) (5min)
HOPSTAND @ 90°C
42g Styrian Goldings (15min)
FERMENT @ 18°C for 4 days, 20°C for 4 days, then 22°C until finished
