– 1kg Gladfield Wheat Malt (4 EBC)
– 1kg Gladfield Big ‘O’ Oat Malt (4.5 EBC)
– 200g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)
BOIL ADDITIONS
5g Green Bullet (12.8% AA) (60min)
WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND (20min)
After boil, leave to chill to 90°C then add:
30g Idaho #7
DRY HOP *
50g Mosaic (Day 2)
30g Amarillo (Day 4)
30g Eclipse (Day 6)
FERMENT @ 20°C
