– 7.3kg Gladfield American Ale (5 EBC)
– 280g Gladfield Wheat Malt (4 EBC)
– 150g Gladfield Gladiator (10 EBC)
– 150g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)
– 110g Best Malz Caramel Munich 1 (90 EBC)
– 110g Gladfield Light Crystal (55 EBC)

BOIL ADDITIONS
8g Dr Rudi (11.5% AA) (60min)
22g Columbus (15% AA) (45min)
20g Simcoe (13% AA) (30min)
22g Centennial (10% AA) (10min)
WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND
27g Citra (90°C for 20min)
DRY HOP
50g Amarillo (7 days)
50g El Dorado (7 days)
50g Mosaic (7 Days)
50g Motueka (7 days)
50g Vic Secret (7 days)

FERMENT @ 17°C
DRY (at least 2 packs)

WLP001 California Ale
WLP090 San Diego Super Yeast

TARGET FG: 1.014
FERMENT: 14 days* MATURATION: SHORT

* fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days
