– 3kg Weyermann Pale Wheat Malt (3.5 EBC)
– 200g Gladfield Gladiator Malt (9 EBC)
– 200g Briess Victory Malt (50 EBC)
– 150g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)

BOIL ADDITIONS
30g Eclipse (17.2% AA) @ 20min
WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND (15min)
After boil, leave to chill to 85°C then add:
50g Citra
20g Eclipse

DRY HOP (Day 4) *
50g Citra
50g Eclipse
50g Simcoe

FERMENT @ 20°C
DRY (2 Packets)
> LalBrew Belgian Wit
Sabrew WB-06

LIQUID
WLP400 Belgian Wit
WLP410 Belgian Wit II
WLP530 Belgian Abbey

TARGET FG: 1.011
FERMENT: 10 days**

* dry hop in a hop sock or cold crash for best results
** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days and when there is no noticeable diacetyl black hops
