Known since the 1860’s to be brewers of flavoursome, refreshing beverages, Billson’s range of gourmet cordials are no exception. Crafted in Beechworth following hand written original recipes, our syrups are easily enjoyed with sparkling water or as the star ingredient to a cocktail.
Mixing Suggestion: Mix 1 part cordial to 5 parts water or mix to taste. Great as a keg filler with some vodka
