BOIL ADDITIONS
40g Columbus (15% AA) (60min)
WHIRLPOOL (15min at 80°C):
10g Columbus
60g Simcoe
50g Citra
DRY HOP:
40g Simcoe (4 days)
150g Citra (4 days)

FERMENT @ 18°C
DRY (2 packets)

** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days.
