– 250g Gladfield Dark Chocolate (1400 EBC)
– 120g Gladfield Roast Barley (1450 EBC)
– 190g Gladfield Biscuit Malt (60 EBC)
– 120g Gladfield Aurora (58 EBC)
BOIL ADDITIONS
20g Vic Secret (18% AA) (60min)
WHIRLPOOL:
20g East Kent Goldings
200g Lactose
DRY HOP*:
1L Sour Cherry Juice
or half bottle Mangrove Jack’s Cherry Boost

FERMENT @ 19°C
DRY (2 packets)

FERMENT: 2 weeks** MATURATION: LONG

* dry hop in a hop sock or cold crash for best results
** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days.
