MASH: 60min @ 67°C, 15min @ 71°C  BOIL: 60min

– 4.77kg Voyager Red Gum Smoke Malt (8 EBC)
– 570g Voyager Voodoo Malt (85 EBC)
– 340g Voyager SM40 Malt (40 EBC)
– 100g Gladfield Eclipse Wheat Malt (1350 EBC)

BOIL ADDITIONS
30g Perle (5.2% AA) (60min)
20g Perle (5.2% AA) (20min)
40g Hersbrucker (2.4% AA) (10min)

FERMENT
@ 10°C for 19 days
@ 17°C for 3 days
@ 3°C for 14 days (Lagering)

DRY (2 packs)
> SafLager W34/70
Mangrove Jack’s M84 Bohemian Lager
LIQUID
WLP830 German Lager

TARGET FG: 1.014
FERMENT: 22 days** MATURATION: MEDIUM

** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days.
