Preparation:
Lightly crush the botanicals in a mortar and pestle before adding to your botanical basket. Distill using your copper domed condenser until your distillate drops below 40% abv. Reserve the remaining wash for your next spirit/botanical run.
Note: Diluting distillate with water may cause the botanical oils to come out of solution and give cloudiness to your gin. This Botanical Blend is designed to flavour a 20-25L wash
