CRYO POP Blend Hop Pellets

CRYO HOPS are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing.  The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material. Typical usage of CRYO HOPS would be roughly 50% of standard T-90 pellets. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. This blend of Cryo Hops pellets contains hop varieties that are loaded with beer-soluble compounds that survive harsh brewing processes including heat, fermentation and CO2 scrubbing.

By maximizing concentrations of the most impactful and complementary hop compounds, we offer an incredibly powerful hop pellet that creates a true ‘pop’ of aromas in beers.
