– 2.6kg Weyermann Pilsner (3.5 EBC)
– 1.6kg Weyermann Munich Dark (28 EBC)
– 290g Weyermann Caramunich 1 (90 EBC)
– 245g Weyermann Caramunich III (180 EBC)
– 200g Weyermann Chocolate Wheat (800 EBC)
– 100g Best Malz Melanoidin (70 EBC)

15g El Dorado (15% AA) (60min)
20g Ekuanot
50g El Dorado (day 12)
20g Ekuanot (day 12)

FERMENT @ 11°C for 14 days, raise to 18°C for 2 days
DRY (2 packets)
> Saflager W34/70
M84 Bohemian Lager
WLP833 German Bock Lager (preferred)
WLP838 Southern German Lager

TARGET FG: 1.013
FERMENT: 16 days**

* dry hop in a hop sock or cold crash for best results
** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days.
