MASH: 60min @ 65°C BOIL: 60min
GRIST
– 4.9kg Gladfield German Pilsner (4 EBC)
– 250g Gladfield Gladiator (10 EBC)
– 120g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)
BOIL ADDITIONS
100g Saaz (2.8% AA) (60min)

FERMENT 4 days @ 10°C, 10 days @ 12°C
DRY (2 packets)
> Saflager W34/70
Mangrove Jack’s M84 Bohemian Lager
LIQUID
WLP830 German Lager
WLP838 Southern German Lager
FERMENT: 14 days** MATURATION: LONG

* dry hop in a hop sock or cold crash for best results
** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days.
