Deltazyme RYE is a powerful blend of Alpha-Amylase, Xylanase, Cellulase and Neutral Protease enzymes for easy starch conversion and lautering in Rye-based mashes. Added at the start of mashing, Deltazyme Rye will lower the viscosity of your mash allowing for quicker conversion, increased filterability and reduced haze. It is suitable for use on all small, huskless grain.
Usage Directions: For a 23L batch, add 10 – 15ml (one capful) directly to the mash.
