This essence makes a Tennessee Whiskey Bourbon that has a vanilla and caramel notes on the nose, a slight smokey smoothness on the palate and a delicate woody oak finish. Best enjoyed on the rocks or with your favourite mixer.
Directions – Take the Duck Distilling bottle well and drop the liquid into 2.25 litres of 40% neutral alcohol (i.e. vodka). Mix the solution thoroughly. Finally pour the Bourbon into three 750 mL bottles or any other container with a lid. Discard the essence bottle when finished.
