– 600g Gladfield Toffee Malt (10.5 EBC)
– 530g Gladfield Wheat (4 EBC)
– 250g Gladfield Supernova (115 EBC)
– 240g Voyager SM40 (40 EBC)

BOIL ADDITIONS
10g Warrior (15% AA) (60min)
25g Hort4337 (9.5%AA) (10min)
WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND (20min at 83°C)
50g Kohatu
25g Cascade
20g Mosaic

DRY HOP *

* dry hop in a hop sock or cold crash for best results
** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days.
