OG: 1.069 |  IBU: 60 |  ABV: 8%
MASH: 60min @ 65°C, 10min @ 76°C BOIL: 60min
– 6kg Gladfield American Ale (5 EBC)
– 650g Gladfield Vienna (9 EBC)
– 500g Dextrose (add at end of boil)
– 400g Gladfield Wheat Malt (3.5 EBC)
– 200g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)

20g Warrior (15% AA) (60 min)

WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND (85°C for 20 min)
60g Citra
40g Idaho #7
60g Cashmere

DRY HOP* (Day 5 or 5 days total)
75g Citra
60g Idaho #7
60g Cashmere

30g Fresh Grapefruit Peel – Added at Dry Hop***
200ml Grapefruit Juice – Added to the Keg

*** When peeling the grapefruit, try to avoid too much white pith. Add grapefruit juice to a sanitised, purged keg prior to filling

Our Recipe Packs come with all necessary grain, hops and yeast for your brew, and hops are rounded up to the nearest 50g. In very rare cases where an ingredient is unavailable, we will provide a suitable substitute to an equal or greater value. A Single Batch is 23L and a Double Batch is 46L (excluding super strong beers which are 20L / 40L)
