These advanced pellets contain significantly less plant matter than standard issue T-90 pellets, meaning more hop oils get into your beer, with less trub waste.

Hophead Sample Pack [B] consists of 5x 50g vacuum-sealed mylar foil packs. All Sample Packs contain our freshest current crops available. This pack is for lovers of big punchy beers; the aroma coming off these varieties will give you a potent mix of piney, dank, and sticky tropical fruit.

• CRYO Simcoe: Punchy pine meets passionfruit. A potent and resinous variety, prized for its unique citrus qualities. 
• CRYO Idaho #7: An intoxicating aroma of pungent tropical fruit and citrus (think apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black tea.
• CRYO Ekuanot: Sticky tropical fruit (think mango and pawpaw) with unique characteristics of lime, melon and pepper.
• CRYO Mosaic: A superstar hop which blends dominant notes of juicy mango and blueberry.
• LupoMAX Centennial: Centennial on steroids. Big grapefruit aroma with a kiss of lemon and pine.

CRYO HOPS are an innovative hop product that is made by separating the lupulin from the hop flower using cryogenic processing.  The result is a product with twice the potency of T90 pellets, with reduced astringency and vegetative material. Typical usage of CRYO HOPS would be roughly 50% of standard T-90 pellets. Additionally, the lower dosage rate of the concentrated powder reduces the volume of trub and therefore, kettle loss. 

LUPOMAX is a new concentrated pellet that is consistent, efficient, and optimized for hop flavor. LUPOMAX has less vegetative matter compared to regular hop pellets so you get hop flavors that are bigger, bolder, and brighter!
