MASH: 60min @ 67°C BOIL: 60min

GRIST
– 3.2kg Voyager Compass (Pale) Malt (4.5 EBC)
– 440g Flaked Wheat (3 EBC)
– 300g Gladfield Big ‘O’ Oat Malt (4.5 EBC)
– 220g Weyermann Carapils Malt (4 EBC)
– 175g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)

BOIL ADDITIONS
— No hop additions until end of boil —
WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND (20min)
After boil, leave to chill to 90°C then add:
30g Galaxy
30g Citra

DRY HOP *
40g Mosaic CRYO (Day 4)
30g Citra CRYO (Day 4)

FERMENT @ 19°C
DRY

LalBrew Verdant IPA
SafAle S-04

LIQUID
WLP051 American Ale V
WLP001 American Ale

TARGET FG: 1.008
FERMENT: 8 days**

* dry hop in a hop sock or cold crash for best results
** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days and when there is no noticeable diacetyl black hops
