PT SAN 5 is a clear non-foaming Biodegradable Sanitiser for use in wineries and breweries for CIP and SOP sanitising, and it is also extremely effective as an algaecide/fungicide in post-harvest dips and sprays.
Key Properties:
- Broad spectrum sanitiser used in all food and beverage production areas
- Unique double peroxide blends which gives the product excellent stability
- No bubble / low foam product – fast draining from disinfected surfaces
- Minimal contact time from 2 minutes (up to 30 minutes depending on the degree of soiling)
- Non-residual – PT SAN 5 sanitiser breaks down to oxygen, water and acetic acid
