Hoppy Days is now ready to provide you with pure Reverse Osmosis filtered water for your brewing. With a guaranteed purity of under 10 parts per million (typically 5 PPM), RO water is the ideal blank canvas for building your water profiles and perfecting your recipes.

Our 4-stage filter creates chlorine and chloramine free water with a typical content of 5 PPM of total dissolved solids. For comparison, our local tap water averages between 175 and 200 PPM of dissolved solids.

Conditions of Use: Water volumes are calculated by weight only, please provide a vessel equal to or above the required fill volume. Please allow up to 20 minutes for us to complete the refill. It is your responsibility to provide a clean, sanitised vessel for refilling, as we do not offer a swap-and-go system for water refills.

Note: After opening, we recommend using within two weeks to avoid possible exposure to algae. Hoppy Days recommends the use of this water for brewing only
