– 3kg Voyager Atlas (3.5 EBC)
– 700g Gladfield Wheat (4 EBC)
– 330g Voyager Chit (2.5 EBC)
– 200g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)
– 400g Dextrose (added in boil)

BOIL ADDITIONS
10g Wai-iti (2.6% AA) (60min)

HOPSTAND/WHIRLPOOL (15min @80°C)

A Single Batch is 23L and a Double Batch is 46L (excluding super strong beers which are 20L / 40L)
