– 300g Weyermann Choc Wheat (1050 EBC)
– 300g Gladfield Medium Crystal (105 EBC)
– 120g Crisp Black Malt (1350 EBC)
BOIL ADDITIONS
60g EKG (5.2% AA) (60min)
25g Challenger 7% AA) (10min)
FERMENT @ 18°C
