Flavour – 5 stars
Mild? Zero stars. Stupid me saw ‘mild’ and poured it over my ribs. Lips are on fire, forehead is covered in sweat, and I’m not looking forward to tomorrow.
This is a hot sauce – and a rather good one. But a BBQ sauce? No.
