– 2.1kg Gladfield Munich (16 EBC)
– 200g Gladfield Light Chocolate (900 EBC)
– 210g Weyermann Carafa 1 (630 EBC)
BOIL ADDITIONS
50g Hallertau Mittelfruh (4% AA) (60min)
WHIRLPOOL/HOPSTAND:
20g Perle (90°C for 15min)

FERMENT @ 12°C
DRY (2 packets)
