– 5.2kg Gladfield American Ale (5 EBC)
– 500g Gladfield Wheat (4.1 EBC)
– 500g Gladfield Toffee Malt (12 EBC)
– 150g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)
BOIL ADDITIONS
40g Mosaic (14.2% AA) (30min)
40g Mosaic (14.2% AA) (10min)
400g Dextrose (last 10 mins of boil)
WHIRLPOOL:
70g Mosaic (around 83°C)
DRY HOP:
100g Mosaic (Day 4)
100g Mosaic (Day 7)

FERMENT @ 18°C
DRY (2 x packs)

WLP001 California Ale
WLP051 California V Ale

FERMENT: 11 days** MATURATION: SHORT

* dry hop in a hop sock or cold crash for best results
** fermentation time will vary depending on yeast strain, fermentation temperature and process. Package when specific gravity is stable over two days.
