– 2kg Weyermann Munich II (23 EBC)
– 180g Gladfield Medium Crystal (100 EBC)
– 150g Gladfield Sour Grapes (4.5 EBC)
– 90g Voyager Dexter (Dextrin Malt) (8 EBC)
– 70g Simpsons Black Malt (1600 EBC)

In very rare cases where an ingredient is unavailable, we will provide a suitable substitute to an equal or greater value. A Single Batch is 23L and a Double Batch is 46L (excluding super strong beers which are 20L / 40L)

    Brewed this one a few weeks ago and had the first tasting and it is exceptional. Smooth amber ale with the perfect level of bitterness and that trademark bready flavour that a Kolsch (Koln yeast) has. Will definitely do this one again.
