Sourced from a mix of barrels used to age quality Tasmanian whisky.

We recommended soaking for two weeks at a rate of 100-200g per litre of spirit. When desired flavour is achieved, drain the spirit through a fine paper filter to remove and dust particles.
Second Soaking (Optional): Add a further litre of spirit back to the oak and soak for an addition 14-28 days.

Please note: Batch lots will contribute to product variation.
