Add 1 x Whirlfloc tablet per 23L batch, 5 -10 mins from the end of boil. Use half a tablet for smaller batches. Whirfloc is a blend of Irish Moss & purified Carrageenan that help precipitate haze causing proteins & beta glucens, aiding cold break formation and resulting in a much clearer beer.
