HOPPY SAN – Non-Foaming No Rinse Sanitiser 300g

HOPPY SAN is a phosphoric acid based no-rinse sanitiser that’s highly effective against yeast, mould, bacteria and other microorganisms that can negatively affect product quality. It does not foam, making it particularly useful for Clean-In-Place applications, however it may also be used as a spray and/or immersion sanitiser. HOPPY SAN contains no acetic acid, meaning it has a significantly lower odour than many other acid sanitisers, not to mention any remaining residues have zero impact on beer foam, haze or taste.
When diluted at the recommended rate of 1.5mL per litre of water HOPPY SAN leaves surfaces bright and shiny. It maintains its effectiveness with water of up to 500ppm hardness meaning you can use and re-use and re-use your sanitiser (within reason) making it a very cost-effective option.
Directions: Mix at a rate of 1.5ml per litre of water. Apply to pre-cleaned surfaces for a minimum 1 minute. Drain thoroughly but DO NOT RINSE.
