NEW STORE PROCEDURES:
On behalf of all Hoppy Days staff we thank you for your understanding while we’ve adjusted our store procedures over the last few months.
As of SATURDAY 18th JULY our showroom will be open for walk-in orders, with a few important conditions:
- All GRAIN ORDERS MUST BE PLACED VIA OUR WEBSITE; we will not process any walk-in grain orders. If you’re unsure about which malts to use in your recipe, please call us in advance.
- Please note we will contact you when pickup’s are ready via email, sms or phone..

MAXIMUM 2 CUSTOMERS in our showroom at any time. Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance
- Pickups for all online orders are still to be collected at our warehouse roller door.
- We will contact you by phone, sms or email when pickup’s are ready for collection.
- Our warehouse area is strictly for STAFF ONLY
- Please ensure you practise responsible social distancing.
- If you feel unwell and show any symptoms of covid-19, we have the right to refuse entry.
To avoid disappointment we would still encourage you to order your goods in advance via our website.
