Our range of high quality liquid flavourings are designed to give your brews a hit of fresh fruit flavour and aroma – a perfect addition for beers, seltzers, and keg mixers.
Available in Peach, Pineapple, Watermelon and Lemon/Lime, these flavourings should be dosed at a rate of approximately 2g per Litre – or 40g per 19L keg – and are easily soluble, meaning you can add them to your brew at dry hop, post-ferment, or simple add it to the keg. Easy as!
We encourage you to tweak the recommended dosage rate to suit your tastes, however from our tests 50g in a 20L batch gives a pretty strong flavour. Hoppy Days Fruit Flavourings are sugarfree, meaning they are a great low calorie option and present zero risk of refermentation.
