OG: 1.065 |  IBU: 32 |  ABV: 7.6%
MASH: 60min @ 65°C, 10min @ 75°C (mash out)  BOIL: 70min
GRIST
– 4.7kg Weyermann Pilsner (3.5 EBC)
– 600g Wheat (3.5 EBC)
– 350g Munich (19 EBC)
– 270g SM40 (40 EBC)
– 250g Sour Grapes / Acidulated Malt (5 EBC)
– 100g Biscuit (40 EBC)

– 370g Dextrose (add at end of boil)

BOIL ADDITIONS
60g Styrian Goldings (3.8% AA) (60min)
65g Saaz (2.4% AA) (15min)

HOPSTAND @ 90°C
50g Saaz (10min)

FERMENT @ 18°C for 2 days, then ramp to 22°C until fermentation is complete.
DRY (2 packs recommended)
