OG: 1.054 |  IBU: 26 |  ABV: 5.7%
MASH: 15min @ 46°C (protein rest), 60min @ 68°C
BOIL: 60min

– 2.2kg Weyermann Beech Smoked Malt (6 EBC)
– 1.9kg Weyermann Pilsner (3.3 EBC)
– 390g Weyermann Melanoidin (59 EBC)
– 390g Weyermann Munich 1 (15 EBC)
– 390g Voyager Voodoo (85 EBC)
– 340g Weyermann Caramunich III (140 EBC)
– 50g Weyermann Carafa Special III (1400 EBC)

70g Hallertau MF (2.8% AA) (60 min)
30g Hallertau MF (2.8% AA) (10 min)

FERMENT @ 13°C, raise to 18°C for 2 days at end of fermentation

Our Recipe Packs come with all necessary grain, hops and yeast for your brew, and hops are rounded up to the nearest 50g. In very rare cases where an ingredient is unavailable, we will provide a suitable substitute to an equal or greater value. A Single Batch is 23L and a Double Batch is 46L (excluding super strong beers which are 20L / 40L)
